Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with Engineering Customer Units (ECUs) to understand their setups, workflows, and requirements for ART solutions in CI/CD/CT pipelines.
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison for customers, connecting them with internal teams and advocating for their needs regarding ART solutions.
  • Conduct user trainings, workshops, and marketing initiatives to educate customers on tool capabilities, best practices, and advanced features.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, and communicate them effectively to ART development teams to drive product improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on creation, discussion, and governance of principles focused on ART tools and user needs in CI/CD/CT environments.
