Technical Course Advisor

* Counsel prospective students on available technical courses

* Understand student profiles, interests, and career goals to suggest suitable courses.

* Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, placement assistance, and outcomes.

* Handle inquiries through walk-ins * Follow up with leads and maintain a proper database using CRM or spreadsheets.

* Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.

* Help students through the onboarding process.
