About the Role
Xorosoft is looking for aTechnical Content Writerwith a strong understanding of software products and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for ourcloud-based ERP software solution. You will work closely with the product, development, and QA teams to produce high-quality documentation, guides, and learning materials that help our users understand and leverage Xorosoft's platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, API documentation, FAQs, and feature overviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to understand technical features and translate them into clear, concise content.
- Write SEO-friendly website and blog content related to ERP, automation, and enterprise software.
- Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and documentation standards across all deliverables.
- Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Assist in creating in-app help text, onboarding materials, and tooltips for user assistance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation aligned with product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inEnglish, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience intechnical content writing or documentation for software applications.
- Strong command overEnglish grammar, structure, and tone.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language.
- Familiarity with tools such asConfluence, Markdown, MS Word, or Adobe FrameMaker.
- Experience in writing forERP, SaaS, or enterprise-level applicationsis highly desirable.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience inAPI documentationor developer-oriented content.
- Exposure toAgile environmentsand understanding of software development workflows.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or Markdown formatting.
