Job Purpose

The Technical Content Writer is responsible for creating high-quality, accurate, and engaging technical content that supports marketing, branding, and lead generation initiatives. The role ensures effective communication of complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner while aligning content with SEO strategies and company guidelines.

  • Technical Content Creation

  • Lead and contribute to the creation of blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, user guides, and website content
  • Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business objectives
  • Deliver content within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards
  • Research & Industry Trend Analysis

  • Conduct thorough research on emerging technologies such as Mobile Apps, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Microsoft platforms, eCommerce, and Data Science
  • Ensure all published content reflects updated industry insights and best practices
  • Contribute ideas for new content topics based on market trends and audience needs
  • SEO Optimization & Content Performance

Expected Outcomes:

  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword optimization techniques naturally within content
  • Ensure proper structure, meta descriptions, and keyword placement without overstuffing

Qualifications And Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer / Content Writer, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
  • Experience in writing technical and SEO-driven content.
