Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Technical Content Writer with a strong understanding of Payroll and HCM systems to support our digital content and solution communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to writing for enterprise applications, preferably in the Oracle Fusion HCM or similar ERP domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality content for website pages, brochures, product sheets, solution overviews, and internal documentation focused on Payroll and HR modules.
- Collaborate with consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather input and translate complex concepts into user-friendly narratives.
- Write and refine content for modules such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Core HR, and Benefits.
- Develop structured content that aligns with product value propositions and client pain points.
- Research and write case studies, blogs, and customer success stories related to Payroll and HCM implementations.
- Ensure SEO best practices and web optimization are integrated into all digital content.
- Support UI/UX content, knowledge bases, and help documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in technical or enterprise content writing.
- Strong grasp of Payroll and HRMS/HCM concepts; familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify technical content for a non-technical audience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and solution teams.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, CMS platforms, and digital content tools.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience writing in the ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software space.
- Exposure to content development for HR/payroll tools, software demos, or solution walkthroughs.
- Portfolio showcasing work in the Payroll or HCM domain.
