We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Creator to produce executive-ready, insight-driven content on modern data platforms, cloud modernization, and Agentic AI. In this role, you will create articles, whitepapers, POVs, and customer stories that clearly communicate business value, ROI, architecture strategy, and modernization outcomes for CIO/CDO-level audiences. You will work closely with technical and GTM teams, translating complex engineering concepts into compelling narratives, and supporting co-marketing initiatives with partners such as AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. You'll also leverage AI-assisted writing tools for research and content acceleration, maintain a consistent multi-channel content calendar, and craft high-performing social content that strengthens Mactores thought leadership across the cloud and data ecosystem.
What you will do
- Develop high-quality, insight-driven technical and business content such as articles, whitepapers, POVs, customer stories, and case studies tailored to CIOs, CDOs, VPs of Data, and senior engineering leaders at enterprise organizations.
- Create content that articulates business value, modernization outcomes, architecture strategy, ROI, operational efficiency, and cloud adoption best practices.
- Produce frameworks, thought leadership, and narrative content that aligns with the perspectives of leaders at AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud ecosystem partners, supporting co-marketing and joint GTM campaigns.
- Use AI tools (LLMs, summarization tools, research copilots, content repurposing tools) to accelerate first-draft creation, competitive research, content ideation, and multi-format transformation while ensuring all outputs meet Mactores quality, accuracy, and brand-voice standards.
- Craft executive-ready short-form content for social media (LinkedIn posts, carousels, micro-briefs, visual narratives) optimized for engagement with senior tech decision-makers and partner field teams.
- Build and manage a content calendar for both long-form and social channels, ensuring consistency across product messaging, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects, Sales Executives, engineers, and partner teams to extract insights and convert them into compelling content.
- Translate complex data engineering and modernization concepts into accessible narratives blending business and technical clarity.
- Optimize content for SEO, discoverability among enterprise buyers, and credibility within the cloud ecosystem.
- Continually scan industry trends, partner announcements, cloud product news, and competitive shifts, leveraging both manual research and AI-assisted tools.
What are we looking for
- Experience writing executive-level technical content for CIO/CDO audiences or cloud/data leaders.
- Ability to create content that blends business value, architecture decisions, modernization strategy, and technical best practices.
- Strong understanding of the cloud/data ecosystem: AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and modern data platform patterns.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper, Writer, etc.) to accelerate research, generate structured content drafts, summarize complex documents, convert long-form content into multi-format narratives, and create variations for social or partner distribution.
- Ability to ensure AI-generated content remains accurate, credible, human-quality, and aligned with the Mactores brand voice.
- Experience producing thought-leadership content that performs strongly on LinkedIn, especially for enterprise and partner audiences.
- Skilled at interviewing SMEs and turning technical details into clear, compelling narratives.
- Excellent editorial judgment, clarity of writing, and command of technical storytelling.
You'll be preferred if
- Experience developing content with the support of AI-native workflows (prompt engineering, style adaptation, AI research pipelines, content repurposing automations).
- Familiarity with partner marketing (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake), cloud GTM motions, and enterprise buyer journeys.
- Ability to produce data visualizations, infographics, or carousel content using design tools or AI-assisted design tools (Canva, Figma, Midjourney).
- Prior experience in a consulting, cloud provider, or enterprise SaaS environment.
