The Role
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who speaks two languages fluently: Developer and English.
In this role, you will own the creation of high-value technical content that attracts and educates our target audience. You won't just be writing fluff pieces; you will be creating in-depth tutorials, comparison guides (e.g., Kloudbean vs. DigitalOcean), and documentation that helps developers and agency owners succeed with their infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Tutorials: Write step-by-step guides on server management, CMS deployment (WordPress, Magento, Laravel), and cloud optimization.
SEO Content Strategy: Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic technical queries and create content that ranks on the first page of Google.
Product Documentation: Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain clear, up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles for Kloudbean features.
Industry Analysis: Write thought leadership articles on cloud trends, hosting benchmarks, and cybersecurity best practices.
Simplification: Translate complex changelogs and feature updates into clear, benefit-driven announcements for our users.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of technical writing experience (B2B SaaS or Hosting industry experience is highly preferred).
Technical Literacy: You must understand web hosting concepts (DNS, SSL, SSH, PHP versions, Caching, CDNs). You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you need to know how to set up a basic server environment.
SEO Knowledge: Proven experience using SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO) to structure content for search engines.
Clarity: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience without dumbing it down too much.
Portfolio: A portfolio of published technical articles or documentation is required.
