About The Opportunity
We operate in the IT Services sector, delivering B2B software solutions, cloud integrations, and enterprise-grade platforms to global customers. This on-site role in India focuses on creating technical content that drives product adoption, reduces support load, and accelerates sales enablement across developer and enterprise audiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Author clear, accurate technical content for developer and enterprise audiencesAPI docs, SDK guides, integration walkthroughs, and reference manuals.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and support to convert technical specifications and meeting notes into consumable content and examples.
- Design and maintain API reference using OpenAPI/Swagger and publish consumable developer guides and code samples.
- Optimize content for discoverabilityimplement SEO best practices, structure content in CMS, and maintain navigation and versioning guidelines.
- Edit and peer-review documentation for consistency, tone, accuracy, and compliance with style guides; enforce documentation standards.
- Measure content performance using analytics, incorporate user feedback, and drive iterative improvements to reduce support tickets and onboarding time.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on technical writing experience for IT services, SaaS, or developer-focused products (on-site in India).
- Proven experience producing API documentation and developer guides using OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Strong working knowledge of Markdown and HTML for content authoring and publishing.
- Experience with Content Management Systems and documentation platforms (Confluence, static site generators, or equivalent).
- Practical SEO experience for technical contentkeyword research, metadata, and content structuring for search discoverability.
- Portfolio of published technical content (API references, integration guides, whitepapers, or case studies).
Preferred
- Familiarity with version control workflows (Git) and CI-based doc publishing.
- Experience writing code samples or SDK guides in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Prior exposure to enterprise sales enablement content or support knowledge-base optimization.
