We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to join our growing team and contribute to the creation of engaging, high-quality content that enhances our digital presence and resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content for various platforms, including:
- Blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
- Website content
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Technical documentation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand technical solutions and translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling content.
- Create SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Stay current with IT industry trends, content marketing practices, and SEO strategies.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency with the brand voice.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assigned content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 13 years of experience as a content writer, preferably in the IT or technology sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Ability to write clear, concise, and technically accurate content for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Grammarly, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, or software development (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with CMS tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, or similar
- Understanding of content distribution strategies via social media and email marketing
- Exposure to visual tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience writing for SaaS or B2B technology companies
