About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, technically accurate content that supports data-driven projects. Your primary focus will be on analyzing datasets, particularly those in JSON format, to extract valuable business insights. You will craft well-structured documentation, notebooks, and technical artifacts that effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience working with public datasets and JSON data, along with strong communication skills to translate technical information into accessible narratives. Collaboration with researchers and stakeholders is essential to refine insights and ensure the clarity and accuracy of deliverables. Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to explain complex concepts concisely will be critical to success in this role.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer. A strong foundation in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured content, is essential. Proficiency in working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets is required. Familiarity with Python scripting for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis is preferred, although this role is not primarily a coding position. Experience using notebooks or scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a good understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices. Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen are necessary to draw meaningful conclusions and communicate insights effectively. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
