In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage end to end feature development and resolve challenges faced in implementing the same
• Learn new technologies and implement the same in feature development within the time frame provided
• Manage debugging, finding root cause analysis and fixing the issues reported on Content Management back end software system

Required technical and professional expertise

• Resource MUST have IMS-DB experience.
• Should have 5-6 years of relevant experience in Demonstrating application development in IBM Mainframe zOS environment
• Skills include core zOS skills (VSAM, JCL, REXX, TSO/ISPF, Mainframe tools), a language skill (COBOL, PL/1,Eazytrive ), a database skill (DB2, IMS-DB
• Skills also include a transaction processing of CICS, IMS-DB etc..is a must have
• strong problem-solving skill

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Good to have Payments Domain Knowledge. Must have Banking Domain experience
