About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Workday Studio Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support Workday integrations and reporting solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio and deep knowledge of Workday integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).

Build inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems (Payroll, Benefits, ERP, ATS, IAM).

Create and optimize Workday reports (Advanced/Composite) and calculated fields.

Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

Prepare TDDs, test cases, deployment documents, and support cutover activities.

Work on Workday security, business processes, and cross-functional configurations.

Participate in Workday bi-annual releases and perform regression testing.

Required Skills

Minimum 38 years of Workday technical experience.

Strong expertise with Workday Studio (mandatory).

Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors (PICOF/PECI/CCB/CCW), and Workday APIs.

Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, Data Mapping, and integration testing.

Experience with Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.

Ability to analyze logs and debug integration issues efficiently.
