Overview -
We're looking for a versatile and client-facing Web Solutions Consultant who bridges the gap between technology and business. This role requires a deep understanding of WordPress (including Headless CMS setups), strong business analysis skills, and the ability to consult clients on UI/UX best practices across diverse industriesfrom small businesses to large enterprises.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to define project requirements, shape technical solutions, and manage web-based initiatives from ideation to delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert in WordPress (traditional and headless CMS architectures). Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical and design recommendations. Provide UI/UX consultation, ensuring optimal user journeys and design outcomes. Prepare high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), wireframes, functional specs, and user stories.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to gather and refine requirements. Advise clients on web app architecture, suggesting scalable and efficient solutions. Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure delivery excellence. Apply project management best practices to manage timelines, scope, risks, and communication effectively.
Requirements -
- Proven experience with WordPress development and headless CMS setups (e.g., using REST API/GraphQL with front-end frameworks).
- Strong grasp of business analysis fundamentals; certification is a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience preparing BRDs, wireframes, user flows, and other key documentation.
- Ability to speak confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, including backend/frontend interactions, APIs, performance, and security considerations.
- Exposure to project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent Verbal, Writing and Editing skills in English
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics that include SEO
- The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with marketing tools, MS Office or Google Suite
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO
- Willingness to take new initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
Good to Have:
- Experience with other CMS platforms or composable architecture.
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in an agency or client services environment.
