Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, social platforms, referrals, and databases.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess both cultural and technical fit.
- Handle candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to control dropouts.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for seamless closures.
- Work on multiple mandates across different industries and locations.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, reports, and status updates.
- Use ATS/CRM tools, job portals, and recruitment systems effectively.
- Participate in client calls for requirement gathering and status reviews.
Required Experience Skills
- 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in client handling and team coordination
- Strong communication skills (written verbal)
