What You ll Do

  • Respond& resolveallL2issues/incidents/tasksforCustomerseitherescalatedfrom L1supportor end user via email, phone, or SM tool.
  • Scopeacustomer'sissuebycollectingtherelevantfactsandinvestigatetheproblembydoing your

ownresearchandbyinvolvingotherteamsas needed.

  • Updatetheticketingsystem,ensuringthecallhasbeenloggedandallnotes, progressandrequired actions have been input promptly and accurately.
  • Consultandcollaboratewithyourimmediatepeersorcolleaguesacrosstheboardtoresolveservice issues.
  • Establishagoodworkingrelationshipwiththecustomersand3rd parties.
  • WorkonTrendAnalysisandProblem management
  • WorkwiththeITManagerandwidersupportteamtoensureanyrecurringtechnicalissuesare addressed and documented to KBDB.
  • Empowercustomerstofindinformation,self-solvewhentheydecideto,andlearnmoreabout Microsoft products, services, and support.
  • AdvisecustomersonhowtogainadditionalvaluefromtheirMicrosoft products.
  • Maintainaproactiveapproachtocustomerhappiness,identifyingcustomersatisfactionconcernsand managing customer expectations.
  • Continuouslyimproveknowledgeandunderstandingacrossthevarioussoftwareandhardware technologies supported by the team.

About You

  • Proficiently communicate (Read & Write) in Neutral English with Domestic & International customers
  • Should be a Team Player; possess professional attitude towards work and business ethics; leadership qualities
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, DLP, Purview, Power BI, SharePoint, etc....
  • Certification on Microsoft 365
