What We Are Looking For:
We seek a dynamic leader with a strong background in Technical Services (preferably Technical Records) within the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a mix of domain expertise, leadership ability, and customer-focused project delivery skills.
Industry Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in the aviation domain (with strong exposure to Technical Services / Technical Records).
- Experience in aircraft lease transactions, technical records auditing, and on-site transition projects (e.g., End-of-Lease).
Educational Background
- Bachelors degree in aviation management, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or equivalent.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance auditing: Airworthiness Directives (ADs)/SBs/STC, Life Limited Parts (LLPs), Structural Repairs, Hard Time Components.
- Proficiency with M&E systems (AMOS, Trax, etc.).
- Familiarity with Aircraft Technical maintenance records & technical manuals (SRM, CMM, AMM, etc.
- Knowledge of IATA standards for records auditing and Aircraft Lease Contracts.
- Ability to work with OEM platforms.
