About the Company
The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Technical Consultant who can turn early customer requirements into working integrations quickly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant, you will scope and deliver integrations for the company's earliest customers, working closely with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
- Translate customer or business requirements into scoped technical solutions
- Evaluate integration options and recommend the right approach
- Prototype and validate solutions before handing off to delivery teams
Delivery & Enablement
- Support implementation and configuration during rollout
- Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Train internal teams or customers on the solutions delivered
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation role
- Comfortable moving between technical detail and business-level explanation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for validating before building
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API integrations or a relevant platform ecosystem
- A background in software engineering or solutions architecture
