Job Description

Scope Of The Job

As a Technical Consultant focusing on Category Management, you will contribute to designing and implementing system architectures that align with business needs. You'll estimate workloads for implementation, collaborate on integration assessments, and tackle technical issues with moderate oversight. Your skills in optimizing database components and system configurations are essential for ensuring smooth operations.

Our Current Technical Environment

  • Software: SQL Server, Visual Code, Visual Studio, Jira, GIT, AI tools(Co-Pilot, Cursor, Claude etc), Confluence
  • Technology: SQL, C#, asp.net, Shell Script, Rest API, OAuth, Stored Procedure, ETL, SQL Functions, Gen AI
  • Frameworks/Others: Dot Net, MS SQL

What You'll Do

  • Assist in upgrading code from older versions of Catman to the latest version.
  • Address technical issues with guidance and offer support to project teams.
  • Help conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to understand code and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Delivering highquality, welldesigned solutions on time
  • Effective collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams
  • Driving continuous improvement and proposing innovative solutions
  • Promoting accessibility, usability, and coding best practices
  • Maintaining strong client satisfaction through consistent delivery
  • Contributing reusable components to improve project efficiency

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of development experience in Catman.
  • Minimum 2+ years of Category Management experience.
  • Solid development experience and a good understanding of SQL.
  • Good development experience in dot net framework using asp.net and C#.
  • Good understanding of PowerShell scripting.
  • Good understanding of API.
  • Good understanding of GitHub and Jira tools.
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and basic database administration.
  • Understanding of technical platforms, infrastructure, and database structures.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and relevant parties to resolve issues and estimate timelines.
  • Support customers during implementation, focusing on product performance, support, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams, including design review, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system testing.
  • Participate in developing practice aids and best-practice collateral to contribute to growth in the practice.
  • Assist in technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to capture functional and technical requirements, aiding in developing tailored solutions.
  • Communicate solution architecture and database interactions related to project needs effectively.
  • Share knowledge with the team on best practices and emerging technology.
