About Remotcare
Remotcare is building an AI and IoT based health monitoring ecosystem focused on remote health insights, intelligent analytics, and connected care.
Our goal is to combine health IoT data, predictive analytics, AI models, and healthcare services into a unified platform capable of supporting millions of users.
We are now looking for a CTO and Co-Founder who will lead the technology vision, architecture, and engineering strategy of the platform.
Role Overview
The CTO will be responsible for defining and leading the technology roadmap of Remotcare.
This role requires someone who can think both strategically and hands-on, build systems from scratch, guide engineering teams, and design scalable architecture for AI-driven health data platforms.
This is an equity-based founding role suited for someone who wants long-term ownership and impact rather than a traditional job.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall technology strategy and architecture
- Build and mentor the engineering team
- Design scalable backend systems capable of handling large health datasets and IoT streams
- Architect AI-driven analytics pipelines
- Lead development of data platforms including time-series data infrastructure
- Ensure the platform supports real-time data ingestion and analytics
- Oversee full stack architecture including backend, mobile, APIs, and integrations
- Guide infrastructure decisions including cloud architecture and DevOps practices
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate ideas into real systems
- Maintain high standards for security, reliability, and performance

Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture

- Experience with AI or machine learning driven systems
- Strong understanding of time-series data platforms
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

- Experience working with IoT hardware platforms
- Understanding of sensor data collection and telemetry
- Experience with wearables or health monitoring systems
- Exposure to real-time streaming data systems
