Job Description

Main Accountabilities

  • Drive sales through conversion and line extension of ingredients via successful demos.
  • Assist customers by adding value through new recipes and concepts.
  • Lead demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and ensure technical team upgradation.
  • Develop recipes as per customer needs and market demand.
  • Train and build capability within the technical and sales teams.
  • Gather and share market intelligence related to product trends and customer needs.

Impact / Dimensions

  • Contribute significantly to annual sales/revenue through product adoption and customer success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Ingredient conversion and sales growth via demos.
  • Line extensions driven by new concepts.
  • Successful training and development of technical/sales teams.

Major Opportunities and Decisions

  • Focus on growing the Masterline business.
  • Improve NDC (New Distribution Channels) and ingredients segment performance.

Key Relationships / Stakeholders

  • Strong collaboration with internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Interface with sales, technical, product, and marketing teams.

Knowledge & Technical Competencies

  • Diploma in Bakery (3 years) OR Graduation with minimum 5 years experience in:
  • High-end bakeries
  • 5-star hotels
  • Premium bakery or bakery ingredients companies
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Highly creative, with strong hands-on baking skills.

About Company

In the year 2000, Bunge Limited, an NYSE listed company opened a liaison office in Hyderabad and another at Delhi mainly to help it gather industry information regarding edible oils and soy meal. Later Delhi Office was closed and operations were shifted to Hyderabad.

Bunge Agribusiness India Private Limited (""Bunge Agri"") was incorporated as a private Indian company in Hyderabad to undertake trading operations, mainly ex-tank and High seas sales. As a part of its India strategy to expand its presence in the retail side of business, Bunge India acquired the edible oils/Vanaspati business and bakery fats business of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(HUL) on a slump sale basis in August 2003. With this acquisition came iconic and heritage brands viz ""DALDA"", ""Masterline"", ""Lily"" etc.

Kandla factory of Bunge India has undertaken massive expansion projects which was started in 2016 and was completed within record time. In order to strengthen Bunge India's Bakery segment brand called ""Enhance"" was successfully acquired along with the business associated with the said brand in the same year.

Currently Bunge India is having 1166 employees across India including factories. In current year i.e. year 2018 Bunge is also celebrating its 200th year. It truly believes in its mission ""Feeding the world""
