Job Description
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of technical changes-from initiation to closure.
- Conduct risk and impact assessments for infrastructure and security-related changes.
- Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and internal governance standards.
- Plan and coordinate change windows to minimize business disruption.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation using ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Change Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation/Practitioner, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- 7+ years of experience in IT Change Management with a focus on infrastructure and security.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security controls.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated change deployments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
