Job Description

We are helping our clients to manage challenges connected with possibility to work remotely (in particular working remotely from different country).

You will be responsible for cooperation with clients around the world in tasks including:

preparation of remote work policy, identification and mitigation of risks connected with remote work, implementation of cutting edge technology allowing to manage challenges connected with remote work. You will be able to learn about the full spectrum of specifics related to Global Mobility - this is due to the fact that the topic of Remote Work is related to virtually every area that we deal with at Vialto Partners (starting from immigration, through social security, payroll, taxes, etc.).

You will have the possibility to work directly with external clients. Learning the specifics of such work, starting from the process of offering clients, project management, implementation of solutions. You will have the possibility to learn and develop project management skills - one of the most important part of our work is implementation of myRemoteWork tool for our clients - you will

be able to coordinate cooperation between different stakeholders (including external client's, Vialto Partners technology team)

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for among other for

  • Engagement in client's workshop to present the tool and define the business requirements
  • Prepare business requirements, present it to the technology team and work with technology team on implementation
  • Azure DevOps stories verification (requirements) / Form.IO setup / Contentful setup / SendGrid setup / QA testing / Stage testing / UAT coordination / UAT fixes / UAT retest / Go-live coordination
  • Monitoring and resolving client-specific issues related to unique configurations and workflows. With a solid understanding of the client's environment you will accurately assess and explain irregular system behavior. The role includes verifying issues, coordinating resolution efforts, and drafting clarifications tailored to the client's context.
  • Various other task including manual checks of Remote Work requirements in particular cases, support in billing, reports creation, responsibility for client's mailbox management

Our Requirements

  • High degree of independence and initiative required, with a creative approach to developing new services.
  • Project management approach, organizational skills, analytical skills.
  • Readiness to cooperate with our colleagues and clients working in different time zones.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, adapting quickly to changing priorities in early service development stages.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, is essential.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Workspace, including Sheets, Docs and Slides with the ability to create manage and collaborate on documents with ease
