Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather,
document, and analyze business requirements related to motor insurance products and
processes.
Techno-Functional Solution Design: Collaborate with development teams to create
end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and system capabilities. SQL
& Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction,
reporting, and analysis.
API Integration: Work on API integration between various insurance platforms,
ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current insurance processes and suggest
enhancements for efficiency and automation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users, product teams,
and developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Testing & Validation: Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions
before deployment.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all insurance processes align with industry
regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
General Insurance Domain Expertise Strong understanding of underwriting, claims,
policy management, and regulatory aspects.
SQL Queries Hands-on experience in writing and optimizing queries.
API Integration Experience in integrating insurance applications with third-party systems.
Solution Design & Database Architecture Good understanding of designing scalable and
efficient database solutions.
Business Analysis Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and process flow diagrams.
Communication & Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills to interact with
cross-functional teams.
Experience Stability Should have spent at least 3 years in one company to ensure
stability and domain expertise.
