Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support Day 1 workplace readiness initiatives, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity integration, and enterprise collaboration environments. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and supporting solution and architecture design for a multi-tenant and identity transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering for Day 1 workplace and collaboration use cases.
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis between Ashurst and Perkins Coie environments.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document business needs, decisions, and action items.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements, assumptions, and design decisions.
- Prepare detailed inputs and business context for the Architecture & Design phase.
- Support technical teams by providing clarifications and validating functional requirements.
Business Analysis Activities:
- Identify and document distribution lists required for Day 1 operations.
- Gather requirements for Technology Foundation workstreams, including:
- M365 multi-tenant organization setup
- Email domain configuration and migration
- SSO enablement for priority applications
- Identity linking and user provisioning strategy
- Perform impact analysis for user primary name/email changes, including:
- Identifying dependent applications across both environments
- Assessing risks, integration impacts, and remediation needs
- Collaborate with Identity, Security, Messaging, and Application teams to validate impacts and dependencies.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in M365 / Identity / Workplace transformation projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), email migration, and SSO concepts
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessment
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Familiarity with multi-tenant environments, mergers, or tenant-to-tenant migrations (preferred)
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
