Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are met. This role will play a key part in improving business processes, optimizing systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Develop detailed specifications and use cases.
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Propose solutions and strategies to enhance business performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance. Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other business units to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements.
- Project Management Support: Assist in project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure expectations are aligned, and business needs are understood and delivered.
