Role:
- Analyze incoming tickets and requests related to insurance forms, ensuring business needs are captured comprehensively.
- Perform forms mapping, ensuring that complex forms align with business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and document business needs, form workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that forms adhere to insurance industry standards and align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tickets, providing status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide documentation and support related to forms for business and operational teams.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance P&C domain with strong analytical skills.
- Proven expertise in rating calculations with the ability to compute premiums independently from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of rating circulars, rating tables, and rating algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in manual computations.
- Proficient in working with Excel or similar tools for manual rating exercises.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
- Exposure to PAS (Policy Administration Systems) is a plus.
- Experience working with underwriting or actuarial teams is advantageous.
