Experience: - 3-5+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities: -- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within the energy trading domain.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support trading, data, and analytics initiatives.
- Retrieve, validate, and analyze trading data using SQL and Python for insights and reporting.
- Support data analytics and migration activities, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data models and BI solutions.
- Develop and present analytical reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Communicate complex technical findings clearly to business users and management.
Skills & Requirements: -- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the energy trading domain.
- Strong SQL skills for complex querying and data retrieval.
- Working knowledge of Python for data access and analysis.
- Experience in data analytics and data migration projects.
- Proficiency in data modeling and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong functional BA skills with the ability to work in dynamic, data-driven environments.
