Desired Skills and experience Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with substantial teams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to apply analytical thinking for making informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the requirements gathering process (functional and non-functional )
- Knowledge in capital markets and financial instruments (FX, FI, Swaps)
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Agile project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA.
