The primary responsibility of the Technical Business Analyst is to ensure that complex business requirements are accurately translated into clear technical solutions, with a strong emphasis on enhancing business processes and systems. The role is pivotal in guiding project success through meticulous requirement analysis and effective communication with stakeholders. This position acts as a critical bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that the correct business needs are transformed into technical specifications to drive system improvements and innovations.

Desired Skills and experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or related role.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with substantial teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to apply analytical thinking for making informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent understanding of the requirements gathering process (functional and non-functional )
  • Knowledge in capital markets and financial instruments (FX, FI, Swaps)
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Agile project management methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA.
