Job Description

Consultant Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance Engineering

Mandatory Skill : Technical BA with LRTC exp in Global E- Commerce and Surveillance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational production support for Legal & Compliance systems (across Entity

Management, Document Management, Legal Billing, e-Communications Surveillance, Personal

Trading) and business cycles, with a focus on issue monitoring, triage, and resolution.

Partner with business users to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues across multiple compliance

disciplines.

Identify recurring problems and propose process enhancements to increase efficiency and

compliance readiness.

Assist with periodic certifications, attestations, and other recurring business requirements to

ensure pristine control environment.

Help prepare data and reports to support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal

governance activities.

Participate in testing activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.

Support the execution of the multi-year L&C technology roadmap in close partnership with

business functions, Engineering PMO and Business Management teams.

Serve as liaison for internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business

processes, and translate them into scalable solutions.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, integrations, and governance

processes.

Qualifications & Experience

27 years of experience in Legal, Regulatory, Tax, and Compliance (LRTC) engineering, business

analysis, or project delivery within a global financial institution or consulting environment.

Familiarity with at least one Legal or Compliance-related platforms such as

  • Communications Surveillance (Global Relay)
  • Trade Surveillance, Entity Management (Passport)
  • Legal eBilling,
  • KYC/AML (MaxComply, IQ-EQ).

Strong business analysis and project management capabilities; ability to navigate complex

stakeholder environments and competing priorities

Strong understanding of SDLC, change management, and information security controls.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and

technical conversations.

Strong critical thinking & interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with compliance

officers, business users, and technology teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of bridging technical and nontechnical

stakeholders.
