Job Description

8+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
Strong domain experience in Banking (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, or Digital Banking).
Solid technical understanding of Java/J2EE applications, APIs, and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Azure Boards for user story creation, backlog management, and sprint tracking.
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze complex systems and provide functional and technical solutions.
Experience in preparing functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
