Job Description

Cradlepoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Authority Expert to provide critical technical leadership and guidance. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated solutions, guiding and supporting technical teams, and actively contributing to the full cycle of service delivery methodologies. Your expertise will be key in driving improvements in recovery processes, performing complex change analyses, and implementing strategies that directly enhance the customer experience.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated solutions, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability across operations.
  • Guide and support a team by providing deep domain expertise and technical mentorship.
  • Contribute significantly to the improvement of recovery processes, enhancing system resilience and minimizing downtime.
  • Actively take part in the full cycle of service delivery methodologies, from planning to execution and optimization.
  • Perform complex change analyses and support the effective execution of these changes within the network and systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies specifically aimed at improving the overall customer experience through technical solutions and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Ericsson Operations Engine - Mode of Operations: Strong understanding and practical experience with operational frameworks (or similar industry-standard operations engines).
  • Overall Understanding of Automation: Comprehensive knowledge of automation principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Network Level Competence: Deep understanding and proficiency in network concepts and operations.
  • Cross-Domain Solutions: Experience in developing and managing solutions that span multiple technical domains.
  • Capacity Management: Expertise in capacity planning, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Managing Business Innovation and Simplification: Proven ability to drive innovation and simplify complex business processes through technology.
  • Lifecycle Management: Knowledge and experience with the full lifecycle management of technical solutions and services.
  • Network Configuration and Change Management: Strong skills in managing network configurations and executing controlled changes.
  • MS TOP (Managed Services Technical Operating Procedures): Familiarity with Managed Services Technical Operating Procedures (or similar operational frameworks).
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Demonstrated ability to contribute to and drive initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience.
  • Business Requirements: Strong capability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Network Diagnostics: Advanced skills in network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA): Solid understanding of WLA and SLA frameworks and their implications for service delivery.
  • System Configuration: Proficiency in system configuration.
  • System Administration: Strong capabilities in system administration.
