Technical Associate

Role Description

The Technical Associate role is a full-time position based on-site in Vijayawada. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technical processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosis and repair of products brought in for service, claim warranties, coordinate with brands to better deliver service to our customers and work closely with the internal team to evaluate the operation procedures from time to time.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve technical challenges effectively
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Ability to conduct thorough Research to diagnose and fix issues
• Communication skills to liaise with team members effectively
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in a EEE or related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar technical support or associate role is an advantage
