In this role, we are looking for a highly motivated Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involved designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Java programming database, and RESTful services. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build their careers in software development within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design cohesive, functional code.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

• Implement security and data protection measures.

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best coding practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Java programming.

• Understanding of database architecture and SQL.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with Java 8 or higher.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.

• Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.

• Knowledge of messaging systems like Apache Kafka.

• Awareness of Agile development methodologies.
