Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

• Cost Reduction: Suggest ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
• Training and Development: Organize training to improve employees knowledge and skills for future organizational growth.
• Talent Management Research: Conduct research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations.
• Business Architecture Guidance: Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance to align with organizational goals.
• System Efficiency and Security: Ensure the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.
• Compliance Architecture: Create methods for compliance architecture, including data storage, metadata management, and change management.

Skills & Experience:

• Total Experience: 5+ years in the field.
• Core Technologies:
• Frontend: Angular
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot
• Architecture: Microservices, DevOps, Database
• Design: Expertise in designing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) (Must-have).
• Hands-On Role: Responsible for the complex functionality of coding and delivering it with the required quality.
• Product Quality: Responsible for overall product quality and team deliverables.
• DevOps/Cloud: Experience working with DevOps and Cloud environments.
• Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading teams and ensuring efficient delivery.
• Communication: Effective communication skills to handle client communications.
• Office Work: Open to working from the office and actively participating in project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Evaluate Internal Functions: Assess internal business development strategies, IT processes, and suggest improvements.
• Create Business Architecture Models: Develop models that reflect the organization's strategies, goals, and business vision.
• Evaluate Systems Engineering: Identify discrepancies and vulnerabilities in systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models.
