Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:

1. The purpose of this role is to design technical solutions, lead technology delivery process and build the technical blueprint.

2. The individual will play an essential role in implementation of these projects from the prospect of our insurance domain.

3. Major responsibilities include providing application and systems architecture expertise

4. Designing and developing software applications and collaborating on application design with stakeholders and app-development teams to implement application development.

5. Providing recommendations related to customer's business process management integration vision.

6. Discovering, analysing, and documenting the architectural aspects and scope requirements to apply to solutions.

7. Utilising technology to drive effective and innovative solution designs.

8. Produce architecture content, transition, and govern the realization of architectures.

9. Identifying project issues with technical dependencies and providing solutions through multiple software interaction.

10. Guide the development team with architectural considerations and standards by identifying trade-offs and decision making.

11. Demonstrating value to the team, taking responsibility for a project's overall implementation, and developing high-level solutions in relation to client objectives.

12. Preparing documentation and paperwork as per prescribed guidelines or compliance requirements.

13. Contributing to the organisational values by actively engaging in the larger learning and development process.

14. Pre-sales and solutioning for modernize or new application development.

15. Driving concise, structured, and effective communication with peers and clients.

Skills

1. Applied skills in app development like Web API, Web Application, SharePoint, Azure Services, Angular/React and more.

2. Ability to work with Application Architecture, Tiers, Layers, NFRs, APIs, DevOps Automation.

3. Applied skills in app development like Web API, Web Application, Azure Services, Angular/React and more. (.net Core)

4. Showcase system integration knowledge like Azure integration services.

5. Strong understanding and experience on Azure around Migration, PaaS, and native development, well architected Framework, Azure SQL

6. Key Azure services Azure Logic App, Power Automate AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services and more

7. Cloud awareness with working understanding of Azure, AWS or GCP

8. Code Review, Best Practices, SonarQubes, Guiderails (security), Guiding teams.

9. DevOps /Azure DevOps – Branching Strategies

10. Good logic building skills and design thinking

11. Professional writing, networking, and communication style with the ability to formulate emails, presentations, and documents.

12. Embodies an exceptional problem-solving aptitude

Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum 12-14 years of demonstrable experience as Technical Architect or alike.

2. Recognizable domain knowledge wherein the individual has awareness of insurance concepts, products, jargons within the basic and regulatory frameworks.

3. Previous experience working in the insurance industry.
