Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performing web UI
applications using Angular, ReactJS, and other modern frameworks.
Evaluate and adopt new and adaptive UI technologies like HTMX, Blazor, or Web
Components to stay ahead in the tech landscape.
Define and enforce best practices in frontend performance, accessibility, security, and
maintainability.
Oversee end-to-end UI architecture and contribute to CI/CD pipeline design for frontend
delivery automation.
Collaborate closely with backend teams, product managers, and UX designers to translate
business needs into intuitive and scalable interfaces.
Guide and mentor a team of UI engineers conduct code reviews, architecture
walkthroughs, and skill development sessions.
Enable rapid development and deployment practices while maintaining code quality and
design standards.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in Angular, ReactJS,
JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI paradigms.
Proven experience designing and scaling frontend architecture in SaaS or product-based
environments.
Familiarity with adaptive UI frameworks and emerging technologies such as HTMX, Blazor,
WebAssembly, etc.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and automation tools for frontend
delivery (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Hands-on understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser
compatibility.
Experience leading and mentoring UI teams in agile environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to balance speed with code quality and user
experience.
