We are hiring an Associate Technical Architect – Data to lead enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics solutions on cloud platforms. The role focuses on designing end-to-end data architectures, building scalable data pipelines, and driving data transformation initiatives across modern cloud ecosystems.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end data solutions including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Integration, and BI platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and non-functional architecture (availability, scalability, security, performance)
- Build and manage large-scale data pipelines for batch, real-time, and event-driven processing
- Work with structured and unstructured data across cloud and distributed systems
- Design scalable data warehouse solutions (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
- Lead data migration projects from on-prem to cloud platforms
- Ensure data quality, validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support pre-sales (RFPs/RFIs) solutioning
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical best practices and accelerators
Must-Have Skills:
- Data architecture & solution design (6–9 years experience)
- Cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure – multi-cloud exposure preferred)
- Data engineering, data lakes & data warehousing
- ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, etc.)
- Big data processing (Spark, PySpark, Scala, Hadoop ecosystem)
- Cloud data services (BigQuery, Redshift, S3, GCS, Dataflow, Dataproc, EMR, etc.)
- Data pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Composer, Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.)
- Data modeling & BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Cloud architecture concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containers)
- Data migration & cloud transformation experience
