Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce-based solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications

Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices,

governance models, and performance thresholds.

Actively write Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers when needed to support project delivery

Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Lead architecture and technical design sessions, prepare solution architecture documents, and explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Guide and mentor developers and configuration specialists on Salesforce development best practices.

Define integration patterns and data flows between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.

Oversee code quality, governance, and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.

Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce platform limits, security best practices, and compliance standards.

Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and AppExchange products.

Maintain an active Salesforce certification path and help mentor internal teams toward Salesforce Architect-level credentials.

Support live orgs with incident triaging, O&M planning, and rollout of post-deployment enhancements

Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.

Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).

Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.

Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect required

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus
