Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Primavera Techno‑Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, EPPM, OIC integrations, and enterprise-grade project/lease/asset management implementations.

The ideal candidate should have experience leading implementations, global rollouts, data migration, workflow configuration, integrations with EBS / Workday, and providing end‑to‑end functional + technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Primavera Unifier modules including Project Controls, Lease Management, Asset Management, FMRE, and Cost Management.
• Build and customize Business Processes, forms (uDesigner), workflows, shells, templates, reports, dashboards, and data definitions.
• Manage user security, roles, permission groups, data access, and UDR reports.
• Set up and manage EPS, OBS, WBS, calendars, baselines, and layouts in Primavera P6/EPPM.
• Perform schedule analysis including critical path, variance, progress reporting, and S‑curves, along with supporting planners and handling P6 upgrades/patching.
• Develop and maintain integrations using OIC and REST APIs, and connect Unifier/P6 with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, Power BI, and other HR/ERP systems.
• Design field mappings, integration payloads, workflow triggers, and reverse‑feed logic.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation cycles including requirements, design, build, SIT/UAT, deployment, and user training.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, perform RCA, and optimize performance.
• Support cloud migrations (Primavera Cloud/AWS/Azure).
• Execute data migration for P6 schedules, legacy project data, and Unifier configurations, ensuring data validation and quality checks.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in Primavera ecosystem (Unifier + P6 + EPPM)
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Unifier configurations
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, OIC, Weblogic, SQL
• Experience integrating Unifier with EBS, Workday, SAP, Power BI
• Ability to design and configure Unifier BPs, workflows, forms
• Excellent documentation and client‑facing communication skills
