Lead the design and development of autonomous AI agents built on the Salesforce Agentforce platform Provide Handson technical expertise in activating and optimizing AI agents for enhanced performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions within existing Salesforce ecosystems Utilize deep knowledge of AI architectures and Salesforce technologies to drive innovation and efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to Agentforce AI implementations Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Salesforce to continuously improve agent capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Agentforce AI projects ensuring successful delivery and deployment Architect scalable and maintainable AI solutions tailored to business needs

2.Develop and maintain codebases with a handson approach including coding testing and debugging Mentor and guide junior developers and team members on Agentforce AI best practices

3.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Monitor agent performance and implement optimizations to maximize autonomous functionality

4.Document technical designs processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Mandate:

The candidate should have core architectural knowledge, problem solving skill, Integration knowledge and at least implemented one agent end to end using agentforce.

Just theoretical knowledge of agentforce will not help This is a client facing role, so someone strong on above mentioned skill is required.
