Job Description
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Technical Architect to lead solution architecture, development, and performance optimization for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management across global environments. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with US and Indian regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and implementation of D365 F&O customizations and extensions using X++, Power Platform, and standard frameworks
Define data models, security architecture, and performance optimization strategies
Manage CI/CD pipelines, builds, and deployments using LCS and Azure DevOps
Conduct code reviews, fit-gap analysis, and system performance tuning
Design and manage integrations using OData, custom services, and Azure (Logic Apps, Functions)
Oversee data migration using Data Management Framework
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams; support pre-sales and client demos
Mentor developers and ensure adherence to best practices
Must Have
8–12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in D365 F&O/AX and 3+ years in a Technical Architect role
Experience delivering 3+ end-to-end D365 F&O implementations in multi-country environments
Strong knowledge of Finance (GL/AP/AR) and SCM (Procurement/Inventory) modules
Expertise in X++, LCS, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and SQL performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Azure services, integrations, and reporting (SSRS/Power BI)
Experience with Agile/Scrum and global delivery models
Bachelor's/Master's degree; Microsoft certifications (MB-300, MB-500, MB-700) preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
