The Business Project Analyst partners with the CIM PMO and workstream owner structure. Key stakeholder partners will be Finance, Accounting, Technical Teams and Automation and AI teams.
Collaborate with Workstream Lead to support requirements identification, documentation and communication to technical partners.
Support design conversations to support technical and functional requirements.
Support review of functional design and technical design documentation as needed
Support the identification of testing scenarios and correlated test scripts.
Support the generation of training materials with the use of content creation technologies
Provide support as an early tester of capabilities
Engage with stakeholders to support requirements gathering and understanding.
Support driving project deliverables on time, on budget with quality results
Continuous improvement in the identification of opportunities for process improvement or process enhancements in day-to-day execution
Familiarity with burn down chart development/management and field mapping
UAT Plan development and execution. Assistance with test scenarios
Assistance with defects for end-to-end testing

Requirements gathering
Experience Required:
Experience: 5 to 8 years in business or systems analysis, including writing business specifications, technical design documents and solution overviews
Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Dataiku, JIRA
Methodologies: Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, and Waterfall are commonly used frameworks
Documentation: Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, SRS, UAT plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) is essential
