The MissionYou will be the architect behind our high-traffic consumer interface, moving beyond traditional apps to build Agentic AI systems and real-time data infrastructures that serve millions of users.
Your Core Stack & Focus- Back-end Excellence: Engineering robust, high-throughput microservices primarily using Java (Spring Boot).
- AI Integration: Designing and deploying RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, leveraging PGVector, and orchestrating LLM workflows to personalize the B2C experience.
- Cloud Architecture: Owning our GCP footprintoptimizing for scale, observability (OTEL/Grafana), and cloud-native resilience.
- Data Velocity: Building event-driven architectures and real-time streaming pipelines to power instant user feedback loops.
What We're Looking For- 5+ Years of Battle-Tested Experience: You've shipped large-scale consumer products and have the scars to prove it.
- Polyglot & Platform Mindset: Deep mastery of Java, with the agility to work in Python for AI services and React for internal tooling.
