We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect to join our Product Engineering team. Key Responsibilities- Architect and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django).
- Lead key decisions on infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, LLM-integrated systems, and platform observability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ship user-first features at scale.
- Design and implement robust, scalable microservices and event-driven systems.
- Contribute to the development of real-time data pipelines and LLM-integrated systems.
- Participate in architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure the platform's performance, reliability, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backend development and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Contribute to the development of internal dashboards and user-facing utilities using front-end tools like ReactJS.
- Implement and maintain modern DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experiencewith a strong foundation in scalable system design and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Deep hands-on experience with Java, Python (at least 3 years), and frameworks like Spring Boot, Django, or FastAPI.
- Proven expertise in building scalable microservices, streaming pipelines, and event-driven systems.
- Strong proficiency with Redis, PostgreSQL, and PGVector.
- 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working in theAI industry or related products, as well as experience withB2C company/platform.
- Exposure to LLM features like RAG, vector search, GPT workflows, or chatbot architectures.
- Solid system design capabilities, with the ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Comfort with front-end tools like ReactJS for building internal dashboards or quick user-facing utilities.
- Understanding of modern DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OTEL.
