Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
Technical Architect to lead the design and evolution of our product suites. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business problems and technical solutions, focusing on data-driven architecture, seamless integrations, and the operationalization of AI models.
You will be responsible for defining the technical vision for our platforms, ensuring scalability and performance across
ServiceNow and
Angular-based applications, while leveraging modern AI capabilities to drive automation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Define and maintain the architectural roadmap for enterprise-scale applications. Ensure all solutions align with security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Data & AI Strategy: Lead the data architecture strategy, ensuring robust data modeling and governance. Oversee the integration of AI models into business workflows, focusing on GenAI, predictive analytics, and LLM implementation.
- Platform Integration: Design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow, internal databases, and third-party SaaS environments using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Front-End Leadership: Provide architectural oversight for Angular development, ensuring a modular, responsive, and high-performance user interface.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, conduct architectural reviews, and mentor senior developers to ensure technical excellence across the lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to translate functional requirements into high-level technical specifications.
Required Technical Skills
- ServiceNow: Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development (scoped apps).
- Angular: Advanced proficiency in Angular (v14+) and TypeScript, with a focus on state management (NgRx/RxJS) and component-based architecture.
- AI & Machine Learning: Experience deploying and scaling AI models within a corporate environment; familiarity with AI governance and prompt engineering.
- Data Architecture: Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Integrations: Mastery of integration patterns, API management tools, and service bus architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Computer Applications or similar degree with 12-14 years of experience in related work
- Microsoft Stack: Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps), .NET Core, or Power Platform is highly desirable.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), and/or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
