We are looking for a
Progressive Web Apps (PWA) Technical Architect to drive the design and development of next-generation web applications. This role requires strong web full-stack development experience with technical leadership skills. You will lead a team of engineers, develop the design, and partner with multiple teams to come up with the technical solution
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Architect and Design the PWA Application as per requirements
- Lead implementation of web application using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Ensure high performance, accessibility, and SEO compliance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Oral/Written)
Hands-on Programming
- Build and optimize installable, secure, and resilient web applications
- Strong full stack knowledge - React, Angular, Java, Node.js, Python, SQL
- Integrate APIs, authentication flows, and secure session management
- Optimize load performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency
- Implement push notifications and web app manifests
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and UX teams to resolve dependencies
- Collaborate with backend teams to define APIs and performance SLAs

Work Experience
Qualifications needed:
- 14+ years of web development experience
- Atleast 5 years of experience of architecting and designing Progressive Web apps]
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures
- Knowledge of WebAssembly or advanced browser capabilities
- 4+ years Experience in technically leading development teams
Key Skills
- JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
- Backend using Node.js / Python
- Databases like MySQL
- Responsive design and mobile-first development
- Strong understanding of browser APIs and web security best practices
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
