Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead/Architect/Technical Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional team management abilities, and a proven track record in technical proposal drafting, solution delivery, and client and stakeholder management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure software architectures.
- Technical Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Proposal Drafting: Develop comprehensive technical proposals and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Management: Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, managing performance and professional development.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team.
- Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions promptly.
Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack development.
- Front-End Technologies: Experience with HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Back-End Technologies: Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Frameworks and Tools:Spring, Hibernate, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing.
- Software Development: Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Security: Knowledge of best practices in software security and data protection.
- Experience with microservices architecture, serverless computing, and containerization
