Role: Java Architect
Experience: 12–15 years

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead architecture for enterprise-level Java applications.
• Define and implement scalable, secure microservice-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Review designs, code, and performance; ensure best practices.
• Mentor and guide development teams.
• Integrate Java systems with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, and scalability.
• Database skills (MySQL/PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare or insurance domain.
• Experience in legacy systems modernization (e.g., migrating from monolith to microservices).
