As a Java Developer specializing in Kafka and Azure integration, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based microservices. Detailed Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Java applications using Kafka libraries and consumer APIs for real-time data processing.
- Design and optimize database structures, including tables, stored procedures, functions, technical models, and complex SQL queries.
- Implement and maintain microservices based on Java 17/21 and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Engage with Azure services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS), including Azure Storage, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure App Service, for seamless cloud deployment and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical discussions, share expertise, and mentor junior and senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, maintaining data integrity and security standards.
- Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures, leveraging Azure environments for optimal solutions.
- Take ownership of project deliverables, proactively addressing technical challenges and driving results.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in Java 17/21 and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Kafka integration, including Kafka libraries and consumer APIs.
- Strong skills in database design, SQL queries, stored procedures, and technical modeling.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS), Azure Storage, AKS, and Azure App Service.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and participate in technical discussions across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Java development and cloud integration.
